If you work in the foodservice, food retail or hospitality industry, be sure to mark the Fine Food Australia show in you diary, on the 10 – 13 September, 2012.
Fine Food Australia is the largest international food, drink and equipment show in the country, featuring over 1000 exhibitors ranging from food wholesalers to industrial kitchen and bakery distributors.
There will be a range of special events including the Australian Culinary Challenge, The Great Aussie Pie Competition, Bakeskills Australia and Equal Barista Cup and a number of industry dinners and meetings.
You will be able to see and taste thousands of new food and beverage ideas at the Fine Food exhibition, and try out the latest equipment in the Equipment Section. To help you find your way around there are special sections for bakery, confectionery, dairy, drinks, food safety & handling, meat & seafood, natural products, gluten free, catering equipment, packaging, retail equipment and retail world.
This industry event is open to professionals, tertiary students and apprentices in the hospitality or foodservice trades.
Avoid the $30 admission fee by registering on line before September.
