The Tandem Trading Glace Fruit range includes:
APRICOT WHOLE: Made from fresh golden variety apricots. These are pitted whole apricots.
PEACH HALVES: Peaches are processed in season from fresh fruit and present a rich colourful and consistent size.
PINEAPPLE RINGS: Our naturally bright coloured pineapple rings are made from fresh pineapple and can be selected as large, media or small. Medium is the standard product.
PINEAPPLE WEDGES: These are 1/6th cut size and are cut from glaze rings. Used in bakery.
FIGS: Made in season from fresh figs. These are a small sweet tasting variety.
PEAR HALVES: Made in season from fresh pears. They are naturally bright and yellow in appearance.
ORANGE SLICE / STRIPS: Made fresh from Valencia oranges. The natural colour and flavour are typical for orange.
CHERRIES: Made in the traditional European style. Our cherries come as red whole, green whole, or red whole and broken.
GLACE FRUITS ARE IDEAL AS A SNACK OR FOR GIFT PACKS, CHOCOLATE COATING OR IN BAKERY.
