The release of Huon’s new range is being launched despite recent issues that have affected some salmon producers in Tasmania. Huon recently issued proceedings in the Australian Federal Court against the Tasmania state government, stating the Tasmanian government mis-managed the regulation of salmon farming in Macquarie Harbour.
