World experts are engaged to present on topics and manufacturing techniques with the goal of enhancing the knowledge and skills of Australian dairy processors.

Over 1,200 participants have benefited from the webinar program since its inception in 2012. The webinars run for one hour and include an opportunity for participants to ask questions following the presentation. They are easily accessed from your computer, tablet or mobile phone. Thirty webinars are conducted each year.

Australian dairy companies, individuals and students are invited to purchase an annual or six monthly Webinar Season Pass. Alternatively individual webinars cost $35 per participant.

“The webinars offered by Dairy Australia and GOTAFE National Centre for Dairy Education have given me the opportunity to keep my skills updated and fine tuned in the comfort of my own home or cheese room. Usually I am working away making cheese while conversing with cheese and dairy experts from all over the world. Cheese knowledge is endless!”
