Dr. Oetker adds dessert pizza to freezer aisle
Dr Oetker is now selling a frozen chocolate dessert pizza, along with two other unique pizza varieties.
The dessert pizza, ‘Ristorante Dolce Al Cioccolato’, has been a popular hit in Europe since first launching there earlier in 2017. It consists of a chocolate flavoured base topped with chocolate sauce, milk chocolate flakes and dark and white chocolate pieces.
The second new Ristorante branded pizza is ‘Pizza Biancan Carne e Patata’ which includes potato chips, ham, red onions, mozzarella and white sauce.
The last new offering from Dr Oetker is a nacho flavoured Papa Giuseppi pizza. The limited edition pizza includes spicy pork, kidney beans, sweetcorn, red and green capsicum, corn chips, sour cream, cheese and herbs on a spicy tomato sauce.
The recommended retail prices for the two new Ristorante branded pizzas is AUD $7.50. The nacho flavoured Papa Giuseppi pizza is AUD $7.99.
