New Zealand’s Mother Earth is now selling a new range of natural peanut butters in Coles and Woolworths supermarkets.

Alongside smooth and crunchy options, chia seed, LSA blend and ancient grain peanut butter variations are now available in the two supermarkets.

Each of Mother Earth’s peanut butters have either a 4.5 or a 5 star health rating. The peanut butters are also said to be a source of protein containing no additives, preservatives or added sugar and oils.

Mother Earth already sells a number of other supermarket products in Australia including oat slices, fruit sticks and ‘breakfast on the go’ packs.

The Mother Earth brand and business was first established to sell nuts and snacks in Hamilton, New Zealand, in 1984.

In 2009, Mother Earth was acquired by Prolife Foods, a privately owned New Zealand company that also owns Alison’s Pantry, Value Pack and Donovans chocolates.

The new Mother Earth peanut butters are available in 380g pots from Coles and Woolworths. The smooth and crunchy options have a recommended retail price of AUD $4.99 and the chia seed, LSA blend and ancient grain blend has a recommended retail price of AUD $4.99.
