Dan Murphy’s latest unique marketing move
Dan Murphy’s has announced a unique marketing move for March; selling admission to an inner Sydney house where Australians can learn how to make cocktails at home.
Dan Murphy’s Chippendale located ‘House of Discovery’ will feature different activities in each room of the house including a lesson on tequila, how to make cocktails at home sessions and a class on how to match food with drinks.
A DJ will be playing and a number of installations will provide photo opportunities.
Dan Murphy’s Spirit Ambassador, Charlie Ainsbury, said Australians are increasingly interested in learning the tricks of the trade from behind the bar.
“My role with Dan Murphy’s is to help make the home bar more accessible by encouraging everyone to play around with new flavours and learn the foundations of what makes a good cocktail,” Ainsbury said.
Dan Murphy’s House of Discovery will be open from 7 March 2018 – 9 March 2018 with admission tickets sold online for AUD $50.
