Australian Venue Company (AVC) selects Sevenrooms to enhance guest experience across 155 venues

SevenRooms, a data-driven guest experience platform for the hospitality industry, today announced it has partnered with Australian Venue Company (AVC), one of Australia’s largest pub groups. AVC will deploy the SevenRooms platform across its national network of 155 venues, including iconic locations such as Sydney’s Bungalow8, The Duke in Melbourne and The Aviary in Perth.

SevenRooms is the hospitality industry’s only fully-integrated guest experience platform. Its software is used by operators in more than 250 cities globally to increase revenue and profitability by leveraging approved guest data to build direct relationships, deliver exceptional experiences, and increase repeat visits and orders.

Before year-end, AVC outlets throughout Australia will be live with SevenRooms’ extensive suite of tools, including reservation, waitlist and table management, reputation management and marketing automation. The deployment will enable venue operators to capture data throughout a guest’s journey — whether they’re enjoying a casual local lunch or a night out on the town. Leveraging SevenRooms, AVC will have a single view of guests’ spend and preferences across their entire portfolio. This insight will allow AVC to offer guests a personalised experience that recognises their preferences, rewards their patronage and in turn, builds loyalty and repeat business.

As the hospitality sector continues to rebuild, SevenRooms will empower AVC venues to cultivate trust with guests by implementing measures that alleviate safety concerns through virtual waitlists and online reservations, as well as through tailored guest communications and new operational standards.

“With a portfolio that spans the country, Australian Venue Company is renowned for providing exceptional guest experiences,” said Paul Hadida, General Manager, Australia at SevenRooms. “The ongoing pandemic has heightened the importance of data and technology as the foundation on which operators can build brand loyalty. AVC understands this and is empowering its broad portfolio of venues with the tools they need to drive growth in this new era for hospitality. We are excited to be partnering with such an innovative, forward-thinking company that is pushing the boundaries of outstanding customer service.”

“We are delighted to partner with SevenRooms to use its industry-leading platform to provide unparalleled experiences for our guests across Australia,” said Paul Waterson, CEO at Australian Venue Company. “At AVC, we pride ourselves on our ability to offer a truly bespoke level of service – from your neighbourhood local where the bartender knows your name and order, to those special-occasion spots where you celebrate life’s big and small moments. As a customer-obsessed hospitality group, the SevenRooms platform will  allow us to gain a holistic understanding of every guest so we can enhance their experience and provide the meaningful moments that keep them coming back.”
