Australian dairy food company Bulla Dairy Foods (Bulla) has launched a lamington-flavoured ice cream in Australia. Bulla said the ice cream ‘recreates an Australian classic’.

The ice cream is made with Bulla Vanilla Ice Cream, dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with coconut pieces.

Bulla Dairy Foods is one of Australia’s oldest family owned dairy companies, making dairy products in country Australia for six generations, since 1910.

Nick Hickford, General Manager, Sales, Marketing and Innovation at Bulla Dairy Foods said the new product ‘compliments Australia’s rich history’.

“At Bulla Dairy Foods we are committed to tradition and innovation,” Mr Hickford said. “By reinventing the lamington in ice cream, Bulla Dairy Foods is keeping this icon alive for the next generation, continuing its commitment to innovation and improvement,” he said.

Bulla’s new Lamington Ice Cream comes in pack of 8 and is available nationally at selected Coles and independent supermarkets.
