Simplot’s Leggo’s has introduced a new premium pasta sauce range, Providore Series.

The Providore Series consists of the following flavours,

• Italian Tomatoes with whole cherry tomatoes and chilli
• Parmesan, emmental, mascarpone and roquefort
• Provincial Italian tomatoes and grilled bell peppers
• Vine ripened tomatoes with caramelised baby onions

Each of the sauces contain ingredients from different parts of the world such as Italy, Spain and Switzerland.

Leggo’s has created a website to accompany the launch of the sauce range which lists a variety of suggested pasta recipes the sauces can be used to create.

Simplot’s Leggo’s brand currently leads the shelf stir-through pasta sauce range with a 81.1 per cent volume share of the supermarket industry.

The Providore Series is now available at Woolworths supermarkets and is being sold at $6.29 for a 500gm jar.
