Tandem Trading has teamed up with The Food Revolution Group, an Australian company with novel technology to recover and purify fibre from fruit.  We can offer Orange, Apple, Pear and a patented combination of fruits with enhanced nutritional effects.  A wide range of grades can be provided to suit your application ranging from unmilled clusters to  super-fine powder.

The process is natural and gentle, and the resulting product contains nothing but fruit!

Dietary fibre is essential in keeping the digestive system healthy.  Most Australians do not consume the required daily average of fibre. Dietary fibre helps control a range of ailments such as constipation, diabetes, divarticular disease, obesity and colon cancer.  Traditionally fibres have been grain based.  Our range of fruit fibres are gluten and allergen free and have been part of our healthy diet since the beginning of time.  Best of all, they offer a combination of soluble and insoluble fibres, both required for good health.

Applications are many.  Bakery, beverages, sauces, dips, processed meats, fruit and nut bars, muesli, cereals.  Apart from increasing fibre content yield increases can occur due to the water binding attributes of the fruit fibres.
