Sunny Queen Meal Solutions is now selling pre-prepared canapé food to commercial kitchens and caterers.

Sunny Queen Meal Solutions is a division of Sunny Queen which is best known for its supermarket sold eggs. Its meal solutions division was launched in June 2015, after Sunny Queen opened a dedicated manufacturing facility in Carole Park, Queensland.

The new canapé options are:

• Mini fritters available in corn and cheese and Spanish with chorizo
• Egg Bites available in smoked ham and cheddar, fetta and spinach, and goats cheese and caramelised onion

The canapés arrive pre-prepared and can be heated in a microwave, grill, hotplate, combi or conventional oven.

Both products have a shelf life of 12 months from date of production.
