Food fraud industry breakfast to be hosted by Monash University
Monash University is hosting an industry breakfast on food fraud and Asia.
To be held at Monash University’s Food Innovation Centre on Tuesday 14th November 2017, ‘Food Fraud – The Good, The Bad and The Ugly’ will explore how to stop your business from falling victim to food fraud.
The breakfast will showcase the latest technologies that can help food businesses overcome fraud. Expert speakers presenting at the event include:
- Joe Lederman – Managing Principal, FoodLegal presenting “Food Fraud and legal enforcement choices: The regulatory framework for Australia and China”
- Temogen Hield – CEO, DataDot Technology Ltd presenting “Trust Challenges and Opportunities in China”
- Sandon Adams – Oritain Global presenting “Scientific Traceability – B2B supply chain integrity and how to pro-actively protect and enhance brands from the growing risk of fraud and counterfeit”
- Vadim Mishin – Deputy GM, AUTB-YUTO: presenting on brand owners challenges and technologies in protecting Chinese consumers from an epidemic of food and beverage products
The breakfast will be hosted between 7:15am and 10:15am Tuesday 14 November 2017 at Green Chemical Futures Building, 4th Floor, 13 Rainforest Walk, Monash University Clayton Campus, Clayton Victoria.
