Australian restaurant chain Hog’s Breath has launched a new quick-service dining concept.

Called ‘Hog’s Express’, the new dinning option will largely serve burgers, alongside a small range of other foods including salads, wings, squid and Hog’s Breath curly fries.

The first of the new concept stores opened late last week and is located in Brisbane’s Myer Centre Food Court.

Hog’s Express will use online and self-ordering technology to help ensure food is delivered quickly. Free soft drink refills are also part of the new QSR concept, along with modern twists on soft serve ice cream.

Working in conjunction with Frosty Boy, Hog’s Breath has created Pink Himalayan Rock Salt and Charcoal flavoured soft serve options, catering to those after the latest dessert trends.

Hog’s Express Myer Centre General Manager, Geoff Hargreaves, said that soft serve fits well into the Hog’s Express grab-an- go concept.

“Frosty Boy has provided us with a unique customisation that is tailored for Hog’s Express and its future roll out across Australia,” Hargreaves said.

“We predict Frosty Boy’s soft serve will be a hit, plus its vibrancy and taste will attract a range of new customers, while simultaneously engaging our current clientele.”
