Hungry Jack’s now available on the uber eats app
Hungry Jack’s is widening its distribution by partnering with Uber Eats to provide another delivery option for customers.
There are now more ways than ever to order flame-grilled favourites such as the iconic Whopper and Bacon Deluxe, with Uber Eats joining Menulog to provide an online platform for customers to order for delivery, in addition to the Hungry Jack’s own website and app.
Online ordering accounts for a growing percentage of Hungry Jack’s sales, whether for delivery or pick-up instore.
Hungry Jack’s Chief Marketing Officer Scott Baird said Hungry Jack’s remains committed to its customers and providing the service they require.
“In recognition of the way Australians are ordering their favourite meals, Hungry Jack’s is once again responding to customer demand,” Mr Baird said.
“At Hungry Jack’s we’re committed to serving as many Australians as we can. The demand for home delivery has increased steadily and we know many of our customers rely on our restaurants for variety, special treats and well-priced meals,” Mr Baird said.
“We’ve seen a huge increase in online orders during the day, both for snacks and meals from people working from home; and, in the evening, the demand for meals and more choices from singles, couples and families is growing rapidly.
“It is important that we service this demand and we’re looking forward to working together with both Uber Eats and Menulog to increase customer access to Hungry Jack’s delivery and pick-up.”
The agreement with Uber Eats follows an innovative period for Hungry Jack’s, which earlier this year launched the Fresh Choices menu increasing the options available to customers, to include low-carb burgers (30% less carbs) and fresh chicken salads adding to the success of the Vegan Cheeseburger and the plant-based Rebel Whopper.
