Online Farmer’s Market launches

A new website, eFarmersMarket, is aiming to bring fresh Australian-made artisan food products to the doorstep of busy Australians everywhere.

The website, launching this month, features a range of 750 all-Australian products, including messages from producers about their products and how they are produced. A huge variety of products are available, from an antipasto to sweets, with sections specifically for organic and gluten free products. eFarmersMarket endeavours to source all natural products with no added preservatives, colourings or flavour enhancers.

The website also offers mixed vegetable boxes, currenly available only to Sydney residents, but with plans for expansion.

“Our lifestyles are becoming increasingly busy, so I have simplified things for shoppers and sourced all the food for you. I personally choose everything that features on eFarmersMarket to ensure quality food is available from the one place,” says Carla Penn, founder of eFarmersMarket.com.au.

“The mass produced food on the market is overshadowing our regional producers whose products are handmade – often with ingredients grown on their own farm or in their local town. All the products you find on eFarmersMarket are made in small batches by artisan producers.”

A gifting service is available Australia-wide, offering hampers of hand-picked goodies for every occasion.

“While we have a range of pre-made gift boxes available, customers can also create their own gift hampers and individually select each item,” said Penn.

The company also offers a new product, Meal Boxes, which come with a recipe card, eFarmersMarket products and a shopping list for additional ingredients required, such as meat and staples.

“Our Meal Boxes are designed for convenience,” said Penn. “Meal-times become a whole lot easier when everything is laid out in front of you. Our Meal Boxes take the stress out of cooking.”

“Our fresh produce will be delivered to your door by local small family businesses in your area,” said Penn. “We’re not only dedicated to providing the finest food Australia has to offer, but we’re here to whole-heartedly support Australian businesses.”
