Stuart Alexander appoints James Burt as Chief Operating Officer
Australian-based international food, beverage and confectionary marketing and importing company, Stuart Alexander, has appointed James Burt as the new Chief Operating Officer for Australia and New Zealand.
Stuart Alexander manages a range of well-known brands, including Mentos, Tabasco, Chupa Chups and Guylian.
Mr Burt has 16 years of local and international experience across a variety of senior roles at Unilever. Most recently, Mr Burt was Finance Director for their Foodservice division in South East Asia.
“I’m excited about the opportunity to work with Stuart Alexander and help the company achieve its business goals,” said Mr Burt.
At Stuart Alexander, Mr Burt will work in partnership with CEO Garry Browne and the Senior Management Team to enhance and develop business strategy and new business opportunities.
“Mr Burt’s appointment as Chief Operating Officer is a strategic move for Stuart Alexander, which will strengthen and build capacity in management team and allow us to expand our operations,” said Mr Browne.
