Coles has added Cairns to its online delivery regions, and is offering Cairns residence a new ‘click and collect’ pick-up option for its online shopping service.  Shoppers can either have their orders delivered to their homes, or pick up their shopping from the Coles Westcourt location, where their order will be packed and waiting in a loading area.

The move will offer Cairns residents access to around 18000 product lines, including prices, descriptions and comparison functions, and will create around 40 jobs with the expectation of growth if the service proves popular. Coles is also planning to expand the Click and Collect service around Australia.

Deliveries in Cairns commence on Wednesday 14 April, and will be free until Saturday 1 May.  The service will initially be available to residents in Cairns and Port Douglas regions, with deliveries north to Mossman and south to Gordonvale.
