Woolworths supermarkets have recalled Macro Wholefoods organic biodynamic Almonds (250g) for potential presence of Salmonella bacteria. The best before dates of the recalled products are 03 March 2013,  16 February 2013 and17 March 2013.

The products have been sold in Woolworths, Safeway, Food for Less, Flemings Supermarkets and Thomas Dux Grocer nationally from 31 May 2012 – 17 July 2012.

Product may cause illness if consumed.  Consumers should not eat this product and should return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice.
