Biscuit manufacturer Byron Bay Cookie Company has launched a new chai latte flavoured biscuit for sale in cafes.

The Byron Bay Cookie Company the biscuit was infused with the Company’s own unique Chai spice blend containing hints of nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom. The biscuit also contains chunks of white chocolate.

The Company said the new biscuit flavour was the “perfect addition” to a morning coffee, a sweet treat with “a touch of spice”.

The Byron Bay Cookie Company’s Chai Latte Cookie will be available as a cafe cookie, individually wrapped cookies and gluten-free wrapped cookies from February 2014 in cafes and speciality foods stores across Australia and online.

Byron Bay Cookies have been distributed through Australian cafes for 24 years. The Company was acquired by Rinoldi Pasta in July 2013. Byron Bay Cookies are sold in selected cafes across Australia, as well as David Jones stores, Bunnings Cafes and Woolworths supermarkets.
